What you bring
- A technical college or university degree in IT, computer science or a related field
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- Basic understanding of IT, networking and operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux
- A technical mindset and interest in solving problems
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and confidence communicating with people
What you'll learn with us
- How to set up and manage real client IT environments
- Application installation, deployment and configuration
- Server administration and troubleshooting
- Networking in practice — DNS, firewalls, VPNs and routing
- Terminal work and scripting
- How enterprise systems such as SAP work and integrate with other applications
- DataMaker, test automation and QA technologies
- How to communicate and solve technical challenges directly with enterprise clients
